Interpretation of the ARISCAT Score

  1. Low Risk (0–25 points): Lower likelihood of PPCs.
  2. Intermediate Risk (26–44 points): Moderate likelihood of PPCs.
  3. High Risk (≥45 points): High likelihood of PPCs.
  4. This score is used by clinicians to identify high-risk patients and implement strategies, such as preoperative optimization, intraoperative management, and postoperative care.
